What I built
- pgvector retrieval over each business's own documents
- Multi-tenant isolation, so one business's data never reaches another's replies
- HMAC-verified webhooks and idempotent processing, so a repeated delivery is handled once
- Prompt-injection defenses on incoming messages
- Payment gateway integration
